Working hard to get ready for the 2019 Branford Road Race? Need a little guidance building your base and increasing your speed? Join soundRUNNER Branford each Saturday morning leading up to Branford to help get you ready to stomp those 5 miles!
Each week will be a different workout and will include hill repeats, speed work, fartleks, course previews, ect. Come out and join us!
- May 11 – Tempo run followed by strides.
- May 18 – Fartleks.
- May 25 – Hill workout.
- June 1 – Tempo run followed by strides.
- June 8 – Fartleks.
- June 15 – Shakeout run to preview a portion of the course.
