Join soundRUNNER to get your legs ready for that PR in your next 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, or anything in between. We will help you become a more well rounded runner, and ready for anything your running throws at you. We will work on pure speed, tempo runs, and hills. We will also have periodic mile races, so you will be able to gauge your improvements.



All sessions meet at the Westbrook High School track. 



Please come dressed ready to run.
